Training and development refers to the imparting of specific skills, abilities and knowledge to an employee for the employees growth resulting in improvement of the performance of the employee and hence leading to growth of the organization.



It is an campaign to improve current or future employee performance by increasing the ability of the employee to perform through discipline. The need of dressing is withal determined by the performance of the employee.
