The process of introducing upstart technology into a company throw out be both time consuming and difficult. Enterprises cant effectively implement technologies such as the Internet, Intranets, group moderate systems and knowledge management without drastically changing the way dividing line operates (Regan & OConnor 2002). The technology thats being apply has to be accepted by the employees of a company to get to a smooth transition. The culture within an organization that employees atomic number 18 defined is ultimately influenced by the leaders.
