Team C proposes to implement an automated seasonal hunt downer maintenance plan for the sole purpose of maintaining the upkeep and safety of the exterior roofing, walls and windows of antecedently owned and newly constructed homes. The exterior maintenance of homes play a vital role in ensuring structural integrity as homes battle the following seasonal elements; rain, sleet, snow, windstorms, hail, and storm damage from pass thunderstorms and winter snowstorms. Homes also combat with insects that invade proper(a)ty and prepare uncomfortable funding environments for families. With these threats along with countless other occurrences that may arise, we have created a list of items that require routine maintenance, and a seasonal follow-up schedule to ensure optimal living comfort ability.

Exterior Roofing, Walls, and Windows Checklist
The list of commotion items for our automated seasonal maintenance program derived from the National Center for Healthy Housing, which is certain for the Healthy Homes upbringing Center and Network as a tool for healthy home maintenance (National Healthy Homes Training Center, n.d.).
