Video games have come a long way since their inception into consumers lives. What used to be thought of as a hobby which only raise geeks living in their mothers basement has instantly become a mainstream business that go throughs major advertising and budgets that touch on those of Hollywood movies. As someone who grew up playing icon games and having watched the explosive evolution of them, I have always considered them a form of art. Movies, medication, and paintings are considered a form of art, so wherefore not television system games? Games require all of those same elegant merits, but allow people to take control of it.
