Additionally, these " prefer" answers reminded me of the necessity to practice my interviewing techniques. When under pressure, it is so easy to give a simple one-sentence answer in an interview. Yet, these are the "thin" replies that do not carry any weight and do not show the interviewers the extent that the interviewee is willing to go to lead positively to the school. Understanding fully why one is one's field of battle and then practicing for possible questions creates a foundation to speak from withal during the most tense interview. This was a practised reminder.
