What terms are used in the task domain, and how are they related? Be consistent with which other systems? Is the refreshed design replacing an existing system, and will procedures transfer? throw appropriate feedback - what is appropriate for this group of users executing this task? What tuition transfers to and from the user are necessary or desirable?
