People ar tends to forgets things they do not mean to forget. People forget for reasons. virtually of the reasons are: encoding misfortune it occurs when nurture was never puke into long term memory, decay if memory is not utilize it will fade with time, interference occur when information is both stored before or after a hinder, consolidation failure the disruptions during the process of storing information in long term memory that prevent the information from storing, motivated forgetting people forget to treasure oneself from material that is unpleasant and retrieval failure knowing something moreover not being able to remember it. All these are reasons to which people forget, to prevent forgetting people throw out use these 4 strategies: organization, overlearning, spaced practiced and recitation.
First system is organization; it is select remembering things in a certain pattern that is sluttish for the soul to remember. Its the process of organizing memory to making it weak to find. Its the same as a psyche whose elbow room is nonionized and another person whose room is not organized; here the room represents long term memory. If the organized person needs something from the room it would be easier and faster to find than the person with the unorganized room.
Organization helps people to store information easier and makes it sonant to find in long term memory.
Second strategy is overlearning, it is to continue to study or practice after attaining proficiency. Its the process of studying beyond the point, where the material can be repeated once without error. Like the process of learning a new language. Normally we exert repeating its homogeneous a part of learning a new language. We keep repeating until we tend to get to the level of awareness that we can repeated once without error.
