During the Civil War era, umpteen things varied poorly from present times. From culture, to landmarks, to civilization in itself. One style it hadnt contrasted, however, is the way the different regions diverged one a nonher in many ways. The Federal intermit of the USA back therefore lock holds a resemblance of the current north district of the country. As with the south, still being heavily agriculture-based with far less factories and industrial districts then the north. What were the other contrasts between the two regions way-back-when, anyhow?
First, let us cover the economic factors of the two. The north, as stated before, focused on industrial work and products with textiles and technology rather then outgrowth and harvesting. The north had many clothing, ship materials, etc. due to the abundance in factories there. Many places up there would be the Big City of the time. The factories were not hurt too much by the war; a few factories even thrived from the war! In a habitual perspective, yes; the war had definitely hurt the economy, obviously. But, about tidbits of it maybe had sparked some burgeon. The north, in my point of view, definitely had the better economical bodily structure of the two. The south, on the flip side, was very agricultural.
They produced many food products and materials. The war, sadly, had caused many fields to crumble under its weight, quite literally. Many farmlands were tout ensemble destroyed during the many battles in the south plains. The south had struggled to get back up economically in a fistful of points throughout the war. In simple terms, let us sightly conclude that I, at least, would prefer to side with the north in this category.
Secondly, the transportation of the two areas. Although the subject may seem inadequate, it does dissipation a major part in everything the regions did.
