The first and foremost reason why procrastination happens is distraction. As you may know, the attention span of some people is relatively short and it is the number one cause of why some, if not all people that procrastinate get flurry easily. For instance, you may be working on some preparation for your class and it seems like youll get it done before the twenty-four hour period ends, but when you look down, you see that nothings written down and you soon realize that youve been watching the same meme thats featured on Youtube for the last two hours. I, myself, have scram across this umteen times before and it has always managed to narrow me off track of what I was doing.
