Client history
Helen is a fifty nine year old female who is unify with two grown up children who kick in now left field home. Helen has been a successful business woman who has seen her business disapprove over the last few years due to the recession.
Her preserve works skilful-time and she now finds herself with little work and income. She has no motivation, is low in mood and spends much of her time in bed, feeling she has nothing more to contribute to the family. Helen has now begun to have suicidal thoughts.
Her husband earn she needed help and make an appointment for her at the Doctors. Helen saw her G.P. and spoke about her disturbance regarding her sense of hoplessness and suicidal thoughts and as a result the G.P. asked her would she realize being admitted to a local acute psychiatric social unit for further assessment and treatment. Although anxious about the proposal Helen realised that she felt so low something had to be done and concord to go of her own free will.
