The Turks were defeated in the first Balkan War. But Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria and Montenegro could not agree on who gets what pot they had captured.

So the Bulgarians attacked the Serbians and the Greeks. Then the Romanians and Turks attacked the Bulgarians.
