As per reference quoted above, on the behalf of the user incision O.S.(Store) K.E.M. hospital has submitted final bill for the supply of Inj.I.V.Intravennous Immunoglobulin 5 mg/vial. The deatils of the material purchased are as under:
1)The elaborate of supply of material has been submitted in history sheet pg 1.
2)As per Sr. Nos. 9 to 12 of the history sheet, it is seen that there is no delay in supply hence penalty article is not applicable.
3)The supply has been approved by Supt. of Pharmacy, Mrs-Doiphode. Pg-04.
4)The supply has been corroborate by manufacturer by M/sSichuan Yuanda Shuyang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. for prerequisite specification. Pg-09 to 11.
5)The supply has been inspected by the Store Vigilance Cell at random on 31.05.2011.
In view of the above,
i)There is no protestation to issue NOC to process the said bill.

issue please.
