Reflection of Human Resources
The Human Resource Management (HRM) is a major division at any organization, whether major or locally owned. Without HRM department, organizations may not survive for the amount of time they do. HRM is distinctively responsible for programs oriented with the employees. Their function is performed within organizations facilitating the most utile use of employees achieving organizational and individual goals, (Ivancevich, 2010, pg 4). HRM follows six different aspects to amaze an organizations goals, which include: equal employment fortune (EEO) and Affirmative Action, human resources planning, recruitment, and selection, human resources development, compensation and benefits, safety and health, and employee drive relations. My organization did not in past years down the focal area of HRM; however, our administrative/personnel areas had oversight in the areas, I am not able to imagine my organization, , without the HRM department and I most certainly can guarantee the federal government would be impacted with career oriented members and cohesiveness.
I am proud to say that my organization is an organization that thrives out of diversity and I truly feel this is wherefore the armed forces holds the respect they do.
Equal employment opportunity (EEO) is something taken genuinely seriously. We have many various types of religions, races, and genders who are actively religious function in the US Air Force. Today, the labor force reflects no racial majority, the force is equally structured. It is easy to see why so many people want to join the service and the force structure is impacted with the need to down size. The soldiers has a high retention rate of service members and it is obsolescent that the force structure is suffering for individuals.
